Agreement

These Terms are an agreement between you and the operator of Neon Go Stop. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Mandatory consumer rights in your location continue to apply and are not limited by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Neon Go Stop. If local law requires you to be older to consent to online services, you may use the service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

The service is not offered where its use would violate applicable law.

Limited license

Subject to these Terms, Neon Go Stop gives you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the service for private entertainment and approved testing. This does not transfer ownership of the game, artwork, software, accounts, or service.

You may not copy, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits, bypass technical controls, or use game content outside the service without written permission.

Guest play and accounts

Guest progress may remain tied to a browser or device and can be lost when local data is cleared. A passkey-protected account can preserve supported progress across sessions. You are responsible for protecting your device, passkey, and recovery key and for activity performed through your account.

Account names and profile content must not impersonate others, violate rights, or contain unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, threatening, or abusive material. We may rename, restrict, disable, or delete accounts when needed to protect players or the service.

Fair play and acceptable use

Do not cheat, automate play, exploit defects, interfere with matchmaking, harass others, probe private systems, evade limits, introduce malicious code, scrape the service at unreasonable volume, or attempt unauthorized access. Report serious security concerns through Support without publicly exposing exploitable details.

We may investigate suspected abuse and suspend access, reset affected results, remove improperly obtained progression, or preserve relevant security records.

Alpha availability

Neon Go Stop is under active development. Features, rules presentation, progression, cosmetics, availability, and saved data may change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or defects. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, permanent availability, or compatibility with every device.

We will use reasonable care with supported saved progress, but alpha resets or corrections may be necessary to repair corrupted, duplicated, or unfairly obtained state.

No real-money wagering or cash value

Neon Go Stop is an entertainment card game. It does not currently offer real-money betting, cash prizes, deposits, withdrawals, paid virtual currency, or items redeemable for money. Scores, XP, titles, achievements, cards, cosmetics, and other virtual items have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred unless the service expressly introduces an approved feature under updated terms.

Feedback

You may send ideas, bug reports, and other feedback. You retain ownership of original material you submit, but grant the operator a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and incorporate that feedback to operate and improve Neon Go Stop without compensation or obligation. Do not submit confidential information or material you do not have permission to share.

Ownership and third-party software

Neon Go Stop game content, branding, source code, artwork, interface, and documentation are proprietary unless a notice says otherwise. Third-party software remains governed by its own licenses. See Credits and Licenses for notices, including Godot Engine and SimpleWebAuthn.

Termination and changes

You may stop using the service at any time and may delete a protected account from Player Identity. We may suspend or end access for violations, legal requirements, security risks, or discontinuation of the service. Provisions that by their nature should survive, including ownership, feedback licenses, disclaimers, and limits, continue after termination.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will use a new effective date and, when appropriate, an in-product notice. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.

Disclaimers and limits

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the alpha service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free play, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of all alpha data.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or loss arising from unauthorized account access. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits mandatory consumer remedies.
